STRONG DEMAND AT OPEN DAY IN BERLIN-KAULSDORF
A new construction project comprising 2 single-family homes, 6 semi-detached houses and 26 terraced houses is being built in the eponymous Berlin district under the name “Idyllic Kaulsdorf – Living by the Kaulsdorf Lakes”. What makes it special: They are located beside a natural paradise in the east of the German capital, a rare feature for urban centres, and they will be built according to the principles of Universal Design. We joined with the property developer WERTWIN to host an Open Day there on Sunday, 16 August, and were blessed with glorious sunshine.
